A luxury micro wedding at the iconic Four Seasons Athens Hotel

The May to October season is ideal, as they can enjoy water sport activities and spa treatments waking up all senses -the hotel includes one of the best spa in Athens- and all these in one of Attica’s finest landscapes, where the pines reach down to the water. A place where they can feel relaxed, well-treated and rejuvenated.

Fotis and Ghada chose the Arion Living Room Terrace to offer their guests a high-end dinner experience with the best of views into the big blue. Our color palette for all the wedding decorations was classic all-white with silver details, to achieve an effect of romance and timelessness.

The wedding stationery suite was designed accordingly, in white and subtle silver tones. The invitations, as Ghada wished, were typed on a transparent acrylic and decorated with fine calligraphy and hand drawn roses. All details were in the same style, one that will never be outdated.

The bride’s preparation began in her suite, where together with her best friends she enjoyed the hotel’s high-end service with a panoramic view of the sea.

The intimate outdoor wedding ceremony began early in the afternoon. The custom made circular arch, where the couple exchanged their heart-felt vows, was dressed in dreamy white roses. The ceremony was bilingual, in English and French, and so all guests could fully comprehend and feel the couple’s love words in all their intensity.

At the cocktail hour afterwards, friends and relatives had their drinks and canapes, while enjoying the magical sunset. White flowers were on every dinner table, along with chinaware and plenty of candles, the menu cards and the special favor boxes, with bonbons and macarons, sealed with white wax and wrapped in luxury ribbons. A tasteful three-tiered white wedding cake, made by the hotel’s pastry chef team and embellished with fresh white flowers, finished off the couple’s sophisticated concept. The romantic, candlelit dinner experience, curated by the Four Season hotel’s team, was a virtual culinary journey in the Mediterranean.

We couldn’t possibly leave out an outstanding table with Greek and Tunisian traditional flavors, showcasing both cultures and backgrounds. Fine white flowers filled silver vases and an impressive guestbook with the couple’s initials awaited the guests’ warmest wishes to the newly weds. The party continued in the indoor private lounge, with sofas around the dance floor and a bar serving the best cocktails and setting the mood for an unforgettable wedding party.
